ABOUT ME

I'm Lyann Chen, currently pursuing a Master of Design Innovation and Technology at RMIT. I previously completed a Diploma in 3D Animation at SAE Institute in 2023. I’m a highly energetic and passionate individual, consistently driven in both my work and my interests. I have a strong curiosity for new knowledge and enjoy tackling challenges, as I find great fulfillment in learning new skills. I also excel in organization; during college, I served as President of the Student Association of the Information Communication Department.

My background is in animation and 3D environment production, and I’m proficient in software such as Maya, Unreal Engine 5, Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Animate, and Premiere. I also have foundational experience in CAD modeling using tools like Fusion 360, Rhino 8, and Rhino Grasshopper, which enhance my ability to develop precise and detailed projects. Additionally, I have some experience with programming in HTML and CSS, and at RMIT, I have gained basic knowledge of Raspberry Pi and Arduino, allowing me to explore interactive project design.

I am eager to gain more hands-on experience in the design field to expand my skills and explore new possibilities for my future development.
